We’re proud to offer free shipping over $35 worldwide! (For selected benefit products, shipping policy is also available for less than $35. For more details, please follow our store's website activities.)
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships. Once your package is on its way, delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Keep in mind that holidays, weather events, or unexpected delays like pandemics may affect shipping times.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we’ll ship any in-stock items right away and send the rest as soon as they become available. So if your package arrives partially filled, don’t worry — the rest is on the way!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a phone number) with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It’s your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct. We work hard to ship quickly, so there’s only a short window to fix any errors.

Lost or Stolen Packages
