Refund & Return Policy

At DailyHoo, we want you to love your purchase—but we understand sometimes things change. Here's everything you need to know about cancellations, returns, and refunds.


🛑 Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No worries!
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Once your cancellation is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


🔄 Returns

Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please note:
Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Certain health and personal care items
    (We'll note these on the product page)


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.


🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t seen your refund yet? Try these steps:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again

  2. Contact your card company—it may take a few days to officially post

  3. Still nothing? Reach out to your bank

🏷️ Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

We’ll gladly replace items that arrive damaged or defective.
Please contact us at support@dailyhoo.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll take care of it.


🎁 Gifts

Got a gift? Here’s how it works:

  • If it was marked as a gift and shipped to you directly, we’ll issue a gift credit once your return is received.

  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift-giver first, we’ll refund the original purchaser.


📦 Return Shipping

To start a return, email us at support@dailyhoo.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you're returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
