Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $35.

For orders under $35, shipping fees may apply depending on the product and promotions currently available in our store.

We process orders within 3–5 business days before they ship. Once your package is on its way, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please keep in mind that holidays, severe weather, or unexpected events may occasionally cause shipping delays.

After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text (if a phone number was provided) with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

You can use that tracking number to follow your package anytime through our Tracking Page.

Please note that tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after your order has shipped.

We process orders quickly, so there is only a short window to correct address errors before the package ships.

Once the order has been shipped, we unfortunately may not be able to change the delivery address.

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking a few common situations first:

The package may have been delivered to a neighbor
It may have been placed in a different location on your property
The carrier may have marked it delivered slightly early

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

We want you to love your Dailyhoo purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused
It must be in original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
